Franc Marmero
Director, Manufacturing Automation
Franc leads the Manufacturing Automation division of EZSoft, Inc. His team handles various automation disciplines: control panel design/build, PLC, SCADA, batch control, continuous control, data collection, reporting, and validation. A South Jersey native with 19 years of industrial automation experience, Franc holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania, with a minor in Computer Science Engineering. He resides in center city Philadelphia with his wife and tiny dog, and enjoys skiing, scuba diving, and playing guitar.
Brian DeKorte
Director, Manufacturing Intelligence
Brian leads the Manufacturing Intelligence division of EZSoft, Inc. Brian is originally from North Jersey completing a degree in Computer Science at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. He has been with EZSoft since 2003 and has 16 years’ experience in industrial automation and information systems. Brian’s career experience began with programming PLC/HMI and Batch Execution Systems, working with a variety of the industry standard platforms. After a few years, Brian’s responsibilities expanded to include Database Design and Programming, Reporting, Windows Application Development, Batch Execution Engine Development, MES and OEE/Downtime Data Acquisition and Reporting. Additionally, Brian is focused on Sales/Marketing and Operations Management for EZSoft, Inc. Brian enjoys playing music and laughing with friends and family.
Louis Trinh
Director, Special Projects
Louis leads all Special Projects at EZSoft, Inc., having been the Founder’s very first hire in 2000. He is originally from Vietnam, spent his teenage years in Philadelphia and eventually completed a degree in Electrical Engineering at Widener University. Louis has spent his entire career in the local Controls Engineering Market and is an expert in both process and machine controls. Louis resides in Malvern with his wife, and enjoys food, theater, golf and cultural events.
Frederick K. Dollinger, PE
Director of Sales
Fred is responsible for Sales & Marketing at EZSoft. He holds Engineering degrees from Drexel and Penn State, and has been active in Automation for over 35 years. His specialties include industrial lasers, high-speed machine design, vision systems and manufacturing process development. He resides in Hatboro PA and has three children. Outside interests include camping, hiking, music and American history.
Rick Brill
Director of Operations
Rick has accountability for business optimization and oversight of the day-to-day operations, ensuring execution is aligned to the company’s long-term strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University in Electrical Engineering. Rick has led teams in the Automation and Manufacturing IT space for over 35 years. His experience includes process control and automation solutions as well as MES, CMMS and other Manufacturing IT solutions used in batch, discrete and continuous manufacturing operations. Rick and his wife have two adult children and currently reside in Pottstown with their four dogs. He enjoys golf, cycling, music, concerts and travel with friends and family.
