These methodologies enable us to create a customized solution for a client, launch a project, and then closely monitor progress through completion. They provide an accurate, timely view of the entire life cycle of the project — a view that lets us work side by side with the client to ensure that business objectives are clearly understood, that the solution supports those objectives, and that the solution moves from concept to reality on time and within budget.

Our Project Management toolset also provides project stakeholders with web-based collaborative tools for initiating service requests and processing action items. The tool allows our clients and EZSoft team members to subscribe to the secure project book and receive email notifications of changes in the status of project task items. Additional tools are used for generating a project work breakdown structure and for tracking progress against project deliverables based on entries provided directly by the individual assigned to the task.
